It’s safe to assume that Avowed will be released sometime this year, according to a Microsoft source.
Avowed is unquestionably one of the most anticipated Xbox-exclusives of the year. The game’s official details are scarce, but the trailer’s marketing prowess generated a lot of buzz. It’s been likened to Skyrim by some, who say that if The Outer Worlds is Obsidian Entertainment’s Fallout, then Avowed is Skyrim. Boxenberger, a YouTuber, and Corden, a Windows Central reporter and Microsoft Insider, recently discussed this. On the former’s channel, Corden talked extensively about Avowed and what he anticipates, as well as the possible reveals and release date, during a livestream.

Avowed and Starfield are both in the same boat. Even though little is known about either game, fans are nevertheless excited about the upcoming releases. Aside from Obsidian Entertainment and Bethesda’s heritage, this is due to their fantastic, albeit limited, marketing thus far. Xbox Series X may be more warmly remembered than Xbox One gen if these firms and all those that Microsoft has bought in recent years continue to provide good products, even in concept alone.
